At the heart of every Storybook Theatre performance are our incredible Tour Directors, professional theatre artists who bring energy, creativity, and compassion to each community we visit. These directors lead our five-day musical theatre residencies, guiding young performers through an unforgettable week of storytelling, collaboration, and growth.

Robin Hood
Isabel Acevedo as Flora, Queen of the Faeries
Hailing from Louisville, KY, Isabel Acevedo is a recent graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a BFA in Musical Theatre. She is an advanced actor combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors, holding certifications in all 8 weapons. She continues to direct and assist locally in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Ask her about her high fall!
Some recent credits include fighting in the ensemble of Tecumseh!, Princess Katherine in Henry V wit the Scioto Society, and ensemble in the professional premiere of How to Train Your Dragon Jr. at The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati. She loves combining her love of stage combat and working with children!
Cole Pigford as Sheriff of Nottingham
Traveling from Atlanta, Georgia, Cole is ecstatic to return for his third tour with Storybook Theatre! Cole graduated from the University of Alabama, focusing on his degree is musical theatre. During his time there he gained valuable experience in performing, as well as directing, which he cannot wait to continue to do.
Some of his favorite past roles include Narrator (The Rocky Horror Show), Warren (Ordinary Days), and Sipos (She Loves Me). If you’ve been to the Waterloo area in Iowa, you may have seen him as Bardo at the Lost Island Theme Park!
Outside of theatre, Cole loves to play the guitar, read, play video games, watch the Timberwolves (shoutout Anthony Edwards) and Facetime his cat while he’s away.
Twice Upon A Time
Olivia Manning as Fairy Godmother
Olivia Manning is thrilled to be joining Storybook Theatre as Fairy Godmother in Twice Upon a Time! Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Olivia graduated in May with her Musical Theatre BFA from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Past roles include the Narrator (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) and Dorothy (The Wizard of Oz) with ACT Louisville, as well as Reno Sweeney (Anything Goes) and Clarisse/Others (The Lightning Thief) with Southern Illinois University. When she’s not onstage you can find her curled up with a good book or solving her way out of an escape room. Love and light to Chris and Kellie for this incredible opportunity!
Daniel Haubenreich as Rip Van Winkle
Daniel Haubenreich is super excited to be joining Storybook Theatre’s run of Twice Upon a Time. He is a recent graduate of Slippery Rock University, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting.
Some of Daniel’s past roles include Uncle Fester (The Addams Family), King Sextimus (Once Upon a Mattress), Michael (Tragedy; a tragedy) and Business Man/Monster (Red Bike).
In his free time, Daniel can be found recording sketch comedy shorts with his friends, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and editing for a Dungeons and Dragons podcast called Campaign Casters (which you should totally check out). Daniel cannot wait to help build the next generations appreciate for the arts!
